In May 2013, Chester County reported a 16% increase in appointments over May 2012, with appointments in homes priced between $200,000 and $299,000 decreasing by 4% since last month.
When comparing May ’13 to May ’12 in Chester County, we see a significant increase in Pending and Settled Units and a significant decrease in Total Inventory, leading to a 4.4% rise in Median Price and a 8.1% rise in Average Price.

Through May 2013, Chester County settled 1,942 units at an average price of $343,000.
