So far in 2013 the market looks to be improving. The year to year numbers for sold properties are up from the same time in 2012. Delaware County sold properties is up 12.8% for the month of January vs. January 2012 (291 sold homes this January compared to 258 last year) and Chester County is up 6.95%. (323 this January vs. 302 last year). We are hoping for this trend to continue in 2013 and a mild winter with low rates will continue to help.
